History
Owner, Suzanne Chan started her interest in formulating her shampoo and soaps in November 2012.
During that time, she was experiencing severe hair loss due to stress and since she cannot find the
perfect product to reverse her hair loss, she then tried to research and took classes and later, create
her own product. She uses and tried the products herself and later on achieves its purpose, she then
started giving it away to her friends and family members as a Christmas present since Christmas was
just around the corner then.
When her friends and family were amused by her products, they started to resell the owner's
formulation.
4 years have passed, in 2016, they formally launched Natural Extract.
